DELIVERY
Orders will take 5-14 days to dispatch. As all products are handmade with custom requests, Petite Sew seeks your understanding if your order takes a little longer than usual.

Standard delivery costs
Petite Sew offers FREE delivery for orders above $50, flat delivery rate at $3.80 for orders under $50.
All parcels will be delivered by courier service Qxpress, tracking number will be texted to you by WhatsApp upon delivery of order.
At the moment, delivery within Singapore only.

Qxpress do not cover all Islands outside of mainland Singapore including Sentosa, Pulau Ubi, Jurong Island, and St. John's Island, and any general restricted zones like military camps, please email PetiteSew20@gmail.com to check if you are unsure.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Petite Sew always hope you love all of our products, but should you be less than happy with your purchase, return in its original packaging to us within 7 days of delivery date for exchange or refund.
The products must not have been used and come in their original packaging. Strictly no return or exchange for face masks and custom made items.

Delivery costs for returns or exchanges will be paid by buyer.

The refund or exchange will be made once the product arrives to Petite Sew, we will verify that it has been returned in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy. The refund or exchange will be made in the same form of payment or same value that you used for your purchase. The exchange will include the amount of the delivery cost of the item.

Petite Sew will ask you to attach photos of the defective or wrong item for verification.
